  Maybe they read the bad reviews, but we got really excellent service here (we sat in the bar area, maybe that's the key?). Our waitress told us about some discounted appetizers that we didn't even notice on the menu, and they were delicious. The food came fast and they kept our drinks full, even though we were just having water and soda. I know it's just a chain restaurant in a sort of boring shopping plaza, but we had a very pleasant experience! They have a lot of bad reviews piled up, but I think they're really trying to improve.

  Crappy customer service have to call my waiter over to get a refill after they constantly walk pass my empty cup. Fries were cold on the inside & terrible seasoned with a ton of salt. My cheese burger was mushy & found something very hard in the salad. Will never return not a single waiter has asked me about our meal

  I would live to give this place a 4 or maybe 5 star review. The hostess was very friendly, the manager was friendly but service was very slow. After 10 minutes the hostess came and took our drink order and appetizer was relayed to the waitress. It was another 10 minutes before we saw the waitress, 20 minutes before the appetizer arrived, cold. And so the rest of the meal went. The other appetizer of fried pickles was way too salty, the manager gladly replaced it with onion rings. At first I thought it was a new waitress but I have been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on my check and have seen her waiting the other tables, she is doing a good job for them, so I am not sure why my family didn't get good service. I do know that what was supposed to be a quick lunch before the movies has turned into an hour and a half of sitting with a brief intermission of food and us missing the movies. Kinda stinks that this is my kids last day of summer and they wasted a chunk of it here and didn't even eat their food because it was cold. At least they liked playing the little game at the table and I am guessing the manager comped our check because I have asked 3 different people for it while writing this review and they say okay and walk away but never come back, I just asked the waitress if we were done and she said yes. We'll come back another day and see if today was a fluke.

  I wish I could give it a "0". The food was fine, but, the service was the worst we've had in a long time. The hostess sat my wife and I at a soaking wet table that had beer bottles from the last customer. All she had to say was that the table might be a little wet because she just wiped it off. The booth benches were soaked as well. No apology or attempt to get a towel and dry it off for us. Then we sat there for 15 minutes without getting greeted by a server. I had to go to the bar myself to get us a drink. Finally I went back to the hostess stand and asked for a waitress. They had the balls to say that they thought we had already been waited on since we had drinks already. Remember....I had to go to the bar and get the drinks myself. The waitress never brought us silverware (luckily we had a burger) and we had to ask for napkins. Our plates were never bussed and the waitress never asked if we wanted anything else. We paid on the kiosk at the table and that was it. What the hell ever happen to good service??? I was a waiter back in the day and would have been fired on the spot for service like this. It's too bad, because the food is very good. Never again at this location. Zero out of five.

  It has been over a year since we have eaten at Chilis due to poor service from this same location. But we decided to give it another shot because we enjoy the food. Here's how that went.
  
  Sat down for about 10mins without being greeted. Took appetizers about 30mins to make it to our table. And then 50mins into sitting there our waitress then let's us know that the kitchen is backed up. Keep in mind the parking lots empty, and there were serveral open tables. We let her know we were leaving so she got a manager. Manager offered the items "to go" but we explained we were going to see a movie and the food wouldn't be good after. She said ok apologized and walked away.
